Gergő Szemok

Gergő Szemők came to the Centrál Kávéház team as an experienced professional with more than 20 years of hospitality experience behind him. He learned the tricks of coffee-making by traveling all the way to Sydney, where the local culture and special techniques shaped his unique style. Gergő believes in continuous development, in somewhat surprising but still impressive innovations, and in the fact that a good morning coffee starts the day really well. After his adventures abroad, he has been strengthening the Centrál team for two years now, where his positive energy and drive continuously contribute to success.

Eszter Tóth

János Ötvös

János, nicknamed Csöpi, has been working in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years, during which time he has worked in the kitchens of many restaurants, and everywhere he has climbed the steps of the professional ladder in order to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible. He firmly believes that a kitchen can only work effectively with strong teamwork and excellent managers. A special harmony developed between János and his colleagues during the many joint works, which is still one of the greatest strengths of Centrál's kitchen.

Judit Takács

Judit has been working as a confectioner for more than 14 years, as a master confectioner since 2016. She was the head confectioner of the Palace of Arts for 4 years, and likes to play with new ingredients, shapes, flavors and colors. She is mostly characterized by neatness, originality, creativity and precision. She has been providing the finest confectionary specialties for Central since its reopening.

Ádám Ványik

He has been working in the industry for more than 13 years, he has visited fine dining and street food restaurants as well as various event venues. He combines his experience and knowledge gained in these places here, in the Centrál Grand Cafe. He considers cohesion in the team to be important, where they create something truly extraordinary together for the sake of a common goal. Ádám has been strengthening the Eventrend team since 2022.

Gergő Gácsi

He has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years, and gained his knowledge and experience abroad. He also worked in several 5-star hotels and renowned restaurants in England, Greece and Cyprus under the hands of excellent professionals. He joined the company group immediately after moving home, where he strengthened the BRKLYN team for years, first as a server, and then shortly after as a VIP manager. He is most characterized by young, dynamic and progressive thinking and team building.

Gábor Tóth

For more than 2 years, he has been helping the operation of Centrál as a business manager. Before that, he visited a lot of places in the hospitality industry, from Middle Eastern restaurants to nightclubs. He has been working for Eventrend for several years with minor breaks. He has already helped several new places to open and start up. He likes challenges and variety. His work is characterized by maximalism and knowledge of new trends.

Péter Varga

Péter, whom his colleagues call Viking, has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. For the sake of professional development, he worked his way up the ranks and thus reached his current position. After working together for many years, Péter and his colleagues became a real team, which still works harmoniously and naturally together today. They mutually complement and strengthen each other, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
